Hailing from Ann Arbor, Michigan, Mazinga have been
belting out maximum cosmic punk-rock since 1995 when the band formed.
Their sound is a unique culmination of rockabilly, surf, punk and good
ol' rock-n-roll. Influenced by such bands as the Misfits, Stooges, MC5
and Radio Birdman, these guys rock hard.
If you haven't had a chance to see Mazinga
live, then you've been missing out on one hell of a show. Their energy
and stage presence is no less than amazing. Once you check them out, you
will be absorbed into their growing following.
Spasthmatic Records is proud to have Mazinga
on board. Their new 7" is out now. It's a split with Sweden
rockers, Sex Sex Sex. Click on the 'releases' link above for more
information. While you're at it, check out the official
Mazinga Web site for the latest news, events, artwork and sound clips. You'll be glad you did!

Sex Sex Sex came together as a band in 1986, since then they have
built up a huge cult following all over the world. The band's self-coined
'Destructo-Punk' genre could also be described along the lines of mean-horror-slut-punk-rock-and-roll.
Live and on record, Sex Sex Sex kicks no-nonsense ass with absolutely nothing
held back. The band's music is filled with lots of crunchy riffs married with
vocals spit out as if they tasted like garbage. These Swedish hard rockers know
what it takes to belt out the rockin' tunes with a punk feel and if you haven't had
a chance to check out their music, then you have definitely been doing your ears
a disservice.
Check out the official
Sex Sex Sex Web site for the latest information on the band and what they're up to.
